Equipment expectations
It is important that you come to school with the correct equipment. This will be checked every morning by your form tutor. If you are missing any essential equipment, they will provide it for you. This is so that you have everything you need to help with your learning in lessons and so that we don’t waste time. However, if you arrive at a lesson without essential equipment, you will be given a lunchtime detention.
Students must have this essential equipment with them every day
- Black pens (to write with)
- Green pens (to mark with)
- Pencils
- Ruler
- Knowledge homework book
- Knowledge Organiser
- Reading book
Students must have subject specific equipment when required
- Scientific calculator (every day)
- Reading book
- Books for lessons that day
- PE Kit
- Cooking ingredients
- Apron
Additional equipment
In addition to the equipment above, we recommend every student brings the following:
- Bottle of water
- Glue stick
- Rubber
- Protractor
- Pair of compasses
- Pencil sharpener
- Scissors
- Coloured pencils
