Long Stratton High School is a small secondary school with well behaved, motivated and aspirational students. The school is part of the newly formed ieTrust.
We currently have requirement for midday supervisor.
Under the direction of the Site Manager, supervisors supervise pupils during lunch break in and around the school site and clear the hall after lunch.
A professional approach is essential in this role.

Salary: National Joint Council salary range 7 -11 £16,673 – £18,047 per annum

Long Stratton High School is now one of the top performing schools in the heart of rural Norfolk with an excellent body of students and staff.
As the school continues to grow we are looking to expand our pastoral team and are seeking to appoint an Assistant Head of Pupil Development (a non-teaching post) responsible for years 8 & 9. You would be working as part of the Pupil Development Team. Applicants should have a passion for working with young people and be prepared to challenge and support our students as and when required. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that pupils’ behaviour and academic performance are maintained at the highest possible level ready for the start of GCSEs in year 10. The role will involve becoming, among other things, a designated safeguarding lead in the school for which training will be provided. You will also need to be very well organised, with an excellent work ethic as well as an effective communicator working with staff, pupils and parents.
