We are seeking a part time HR Officer for our six school multi academy Trust. Based at the Trust offices on the Wymondham High Academy site, you will also travel to and spend time at other school sites, all based in Norfolk.
The role has been created to support the HR Manager, the central Trust Executive Team and Academy Principals with personnel and recruitment activity in an accurate, efficient and effective manner. This is a good opportunity for the next step in schools HR management career.
Main duties will include:
• To administer the HR processes across the Trust for circa. 500 staff
• Assist with the centralisation of HR processes

NJC pay scale point 7-11 (fte. £19,554 – £21,166) pro-rata £16,176 to £17,510 per annum, negotiable depending on experience and relevant qualifications
